"I'm here to help people out who decides to try this insurance agency maybe others is better but this 1 isn't. The agent I had (Ashtyn) Either had a learning disability or something She couldn't even do simple math she added my Premium incorrect 6x she thought I was going to accept that😑. She never informed me of all the fees for removing and adding a newer vehicle. She sent me 5 different declarations, all of them were wrong according to her manager Maggie. I told her that we need to take care of this in person so we can come to a conclusion, as I waited they sent a different agent to assist me, like absolutely why 😑The information he gave me was absolutely different from what Ashtyn stated. Then I spoke with their manager she also gave me different declaration that was different from all of them. This State farm is so discombobulated it's ridiculous and unprofessional. I decided to get better insurance, that isn't confusing I know exactly what Im paying for with no hidden fees. So if you choose to deal with these people make them tell you everything up front so your not confused you get the best quote and declaration for you and your vehicle. #GoodLuck🙏🏾"
