"I had an absolutely awesome experience working with Autumn at Greg Myatt's State Farm group. I cold-called this location asking for a meeting in 10 minutes because we were buying a car and didn't yet have insurance, and they immediately set us up with Autumn who was able to answer all of our questions and get us set up really well. Autumn was incredibly knowledgeable, identified honest problems I wasn't aware of, and provided simple solutions that gave us the coverage we want while also saving us a ton of money. Autumn wasn't pushy at all, but ultimately convinced us to also switch over our renters insurance because the coverage was identical but for a lower fee, and bundling auto and renters genuinely saved us a ton. I really hate dealing with this type of stuff, but working with her made it easy. Had I done this online by myself, I would have fared worse off. Autumn was also incredibly responsive in her communication-- I called the company back a few days later with additional questions, and she got back to me almost immediately and was able to answer all of my questions precisely. In general, I tend to have pretty negative expectations and stereotypes of insurance companies (sorry -- i'm just being honest), but working with Autumn has really turned that around for me. I'd not only recommend this location, but I'd also recommend asking for Autmn, in particular. Moving forward, she will definitely be my first point of contact if I have any additional needs."
